These General Conditions set forth certain terms and conditions generally applicable to loans made by ADB which are funded through participations in the loans by ASEAN Infrastructure Fund.
Any loan agreement with ADB and any guarantee agreement with ADB relating to a loan made by ADB which is funded through a participation in the loan by AIF may provide that the parties thereto accept the provisions of these General Conditions.
